新意網集團料再展升勢

  新意網集團(08008.HK) 第1季業績,營業額3.13億元,按年升13.7%。純利1.55億元,按年升16.3%;每股盈利3.82仙。新意網9月19日交易時段後,根據主板上市規則之相關條文向聯交所遞交建議轉板上市之正式申請。

  目前很多基金或個人都不會參與投資創業板公司,未來新意網集團成功轉主板,將吸納大批新資金,料提升估值。至今仍在持有新意網的人既然你連創仔都咁有信心揸咁耐,估計成功轉主板後都不會怎樣減持。

  我現在持18000股,逢回6蚊邊考慮增持一點或透過沽弱股換馬買入,畢竟大市己N年高(雖然都係得果幾隻頂住指數上),我除非有人合資否則都係小注小注地去

    The growth of 16.3% of 8008.HK is good but it's not difficult to find other stocks with such growth. It seems that it is not the reason of buying/holding it.

    You have neglect its over-valuation at present market price, just like 6060.HK, 772.HK, 1337.HK ...

    016.HK holds about 74-75% of 8008.HK ...

    1. 明白新地高度持股新意網,但新地股價只會跟地產。有點像長和和長建,長和持長建逾千億,但市場對長和估值就像長建價值為零。

    2. 我持有的北控也是,持北控基本上等於北水務和中燃氣,但兩子公司同升三成,北控可以倒跌,吹到漲卜卜。如果真正想持北水務或中燃氣應直接買佢地,我現在都不太願意投放資金入母公司,寧願加注子公司,近期買入的新意網,電能,長建,閱文,眾安都係子公司。

      Understood your thought.

      001.HK holds too many diversified business, and particularly those telecommunication in Europe and oil buisness, some performed not good.

      But 016.HK mainly focus in property developing(for selling) and property investment(for earning rental income). Even 8008.HK is a rental receiving company only, though with high-tech factor.

      I just want to point out the risk of highly valuation of 8008.HK.

      新地經營好好,比長和容易d估計業績。
      如果有多幾分錢,一眾地產股都會買了,折讓一半好吸引。

      Agreed. At present market prices and considering their valuation and prospects, I only hold 016.HK in my portfolio.
